Our Studio features state-of-the-art digital recording equipment, hardware and software to meet the needs of today’s in-studio and internet requirements. The 12X14 air-conditioned Control Room has a custom designed console, comfortable seating, touch-controlled dimmer lighting, and high-speed WiFi internet access. (Excellent Kauai Coffee is also served) 

Our roomy 10X5 Voice-Over booth features industry standard microphones & earphones, talkback, dimmer lighting, and a large 5X3 control room window. 

EQUIPMENT 

Audio Images Kauai uses the industry standard Pro Tools 24 for all recording, editing and mixing projects. Periferals include TDM plug-in effects including Compression and EQ, dbx limiter, and all standard file conversion formats are available. 

Our Yamaha O2R Digital Mixer is second to none in the industry, which features an LCD display, scene memory, and them “flying” faders you’re so fond of! 

We use the industry standard Sennheiser 416 Shotgun Microphone, and (2) Neumann U87 microphones for all our VO sessions. 

Additional equipment includes our Fostex D-5 Digital Master DAT recorder, Sony & Yamaha CD writers, ETI Professional CD duplicator, DBX limiter and more. 

Our Static IP High-Speed Modem uploads and downloads large audio files in a flash…all from our cool & dependable iMac workstation.
